Exhaust Systems and Tubular Manifolds
Owners of our systems comment on the improved engine response and some report on increased power, due to the lower restrictiveness of our silencers and pipework.
Alunox systems are first fabricated and then hand fitted to your vehicle at our premises. All welds are undertaken by a coded welder and using the correct welding techniques – gas purging and destressing to ensure a successful and efficient stainless system or manifold.
Our systems include all pipework, boxes, silencers, flexible couplings and where needed, stacks and metal connectors.
Our manifolds are precision made, to high levels of engineering accuracy, for equal length in both primary and secondary tubing. Our systems are manufactured from four different grades of material; 304, 321, Inconel and Titanium.
TUBE DIA: From 12.70mm to 101.60mm (½” to 4″) OD. Other sizes to special order.
SLIP JOINTS: Spring or stud, single or double.
TABS: Choice of four styles.
EXPANSION: Joints included where specified.
CATALYTIC CONVERTERS: Choice of specs.
BRANCHES: Two, four or six into one etc.
COLLECTORS: Straight, megaphone, reverse cone.
SPECS: Your specs, engine bay limitations etc.
Our Process Standards
WELDING: Coded welding to ASME 9
WELDS: Manual, Orbital TIG, all welds fully internal gas purged.
FLANGES: Laser cut to template to 0.5 mm (19.67 Thou) and thickness’s up to 16mm (0.63″) Stainless or 12mm (0.472″) Titanium.
GUARANTEES: One year materials & workmanship. Please see our Warranty for more details.
EXTRAS: Internal component polishing / External mirror polishing.
