EXHAUSTS AND PARTS WARRANTY

Thank you for purchasing an Alunox Race Exhaust System/Part for your car/engine. We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

Your System/Part is warranted only to The Original Purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. No other warranty is given or otherwise implied and the use of the System/Part in a racing engine/car or any other environment is entirely at The Original Purchasers risk and undertaking.

RETURNS

Please examine your purchase carefully for any defects. Should you have cause for complaint please notify Alunox by telephone or email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. If you decide NOT to accept the System/Part then also please notify Alunox by telephone or email within 48 hours of receiving your purchase stating what the problem is and we will provide a Returns Number. Please return the goods (shipping at your own expense) to us in an unused condition, in the original packaging or an equally strong equivalent, quoting this number. Goods returned to us without a Returns Number will NOT be accepted by Alunox.

1. On receipt of your goods we will inspect them for the problem(s) you have identified. If the problem(s) is of a manufacturing defect we will: 

a) fully refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping costs 

or 

b) credit your account less the original shipping costs 

or 

c) discuss with you a replacement 

2. Should the returned System/Part prove to contain defects caused by The Original Purchaser, their agent(s), the distributor(s), the retailer(s) or any third party then Alunox will accept no responsibility and any repairs or servicing to the parts (to bring them back to their original supplied new condition) will be charged to you (The Original Purchaser) at Alunox rates. You (The Original Purchaser) will be notified of these costs, and your approval agreed, prior to the repair or service being carried out and the subsequent shipping (at additional cost) of the System/Part back to you.

DISCLAIMER

It is your (The Original Purchaser) responsibility to fit the System/Part correctly and any breakage or damage caused by incorrect fitment (by you or your agents) will not be the responsibility of Alunox how so ever caused.

The fitment of the System/Part and usage by you is at your own risk and Alunox accepts no responsibility for any problems, difficulties or outcomes (at any point in the life of the System/Part) that might arise from the System/Part usage or to any vehicle/engine or any other environment where that System/Part has been fitted.
