Owners of our systems have commented on the improved engine response, with some reporting increased power due to the lower restrictiveness of our hand built silencers and pipework.

ALUNOX systems are first fabricated and then hand-fitted to your vehicle at our premises. All welds are carried out by a coded welder using the correct welding techniques, including gas purging and distressing to ensure a successful and efficient stainless system or manifold.

Our systems include all pipework, boxes, silencers, flexible couplings, and where necessary, stacks and metal connectors.
​
Our manifolds are precision-made to high levels of engineering accuracy, ensuring equal length in both primary and secondary tubing. Our systems are manufactured from four different grades of material: 304, 321, Inconel, and Titanium.
