Who we supply

Our roll cages are used by teams and individuals in:

WRC, BTCC, SCCA, drag racing, LMP1, LMP2, FIA 2,3,4,WEC etc., Historic, BAC Mono Type R 

What we supply

All our cages are supplied as bespoke items and each is:

• Formed on our CNC controlled hydraulic tube benders & large radii tools

• Perfectly fitted to the interior of the car

• Properly notched using precision tube notching equipment

• Certified fully gas purged TIG welding 

How we design and fabricate

Where a drawing or CAD file is not supplied we can digitally scan the bodyshell and produce a 3D model on our in-house CAD system. Our plasma cutters then use the resulting profiles and our CNC hydraulic benders fabricate the precise tubing radii in readiness for TIG welding.

Common requirements

Typically a roll bar will include;

• Main hoop with four bends

• ‘A’ pillar bars

• Screen bar

Alternatively part or full cages are available and with additional bars where sports rules are mandated or customers have particular requirements.

World class design, fabrication and fitting

Our cages have been put to the test on many vehicles such as the BAC Mono Type R and Type F and race categories including WRC, BTCC, GT4, drag racing and in closed and open sports cars
