Our tube types and metals
Our tube types include rounds, flats, ovals and streamlines. The range of metals we routinely use include Docol R8, Titanium, T45, Cromoly, Stainless and Mild Steel.
Our precision process
We can work from any original part including damaged ones. To reverse engineer we would scan the part, generate a 3D CAD model and make precision jigs for all parts. These precision jigs are modular items that can also be purchased by customers following final production of the item(s). For bespoke items we can work from CAD files, drawings or prototypes.
Metal finishing
To ensure the longevity, and prevent any corrosion, of suspension components we would always advise parts be finished before they leave our workshops; shot blasted, zinc plated, de-brittled, powder coated etc. according to customer specification and budget.
