Alunox manufacture retail products to customers designs for direct sale or as sub contracted productions for other vendors. This diverse range of products is supported by our in-house designers, fabrication engineers and industrial finishing machinery processes.

 

How we design and fabricate

Alunox can use CNC files or drawings as our starting point. Where these are not supplied we can digitally scan an existing product and generate a 3D model on our in-house CAD system. Our plasma system will cut the precise steel sheets and any tubes required from our CNC hydraulic benders complete the components list in readiness for final TIG welding on a NOX© jig.

 

Precision jigged construction

Our NOX© jig’s are used for all constructions in a range of metals; Mild Steel, Stainless, Titanium etc. These jigs give a guaranteed precision placement of components of within 0.2mm after welding ensuring a more precise fit and better overall appearance.

 

Prototyping

Prior to batch or volume production we can also manufacture prototypes using 3D printed fixtures. This ensures complete conformity to customer’s requirements as proof of concept. These 3D fixtures can then be used for immediate production or archived for future call-down by customers.
