Aquaclean is a water-based metal cleaning system that restores original metal surfaces without leaving dust or lingering residue. Unlike bead or sand blasting we use high pressure water and air mixed with non-aggressive, and non-corrosive, ceramic medium for our non-damaging impact cleaning process.

Our non-abrasive system removes ingrained dirt, burned on oil, oxidation, tar, light rusting and contamination caused by age, heavy usage, poor storage. It prepares metal surfaces for most types of final finishing including.

clean re-assembly, priming, painting, powder coating and anodising etc.

What can be cleaned

• Gearbox casings, engine blocks, motorbike parts, sumps, and any mechanical or industrial metal part.

• Parts up to a maximum of 90cm (h) x90cm (w) and weighing less than 50Kg.

• Most hard metals including – Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Brass etc.

 

Speedy turnaround

Typically we will complete jobs in 1-2 working days with same day turnaround available at cost +15%. We offer discounts on multiple items of the same parts brought for cleaning at the same time. Trade enquires are welcomed.

 

Existing cracks or damage can be repaired

Sometimes parts are brought to us with previous cracks or damage. Once cleaned we can assess any damage and quote on re-welding if appropriate. A repair will restore the items integrity giving the part many more years of dependable service.
