Stainless Steel headers


Alunox’s BMW headers (manifolds) maintain low-to-mid range torque whilst dramatically improving mid-range throttle response. At high rpm (4000+) they transform the way the car feels and drives giving the driver precise responsiveness. Our design of BMW manifold typically produces a power increase of 28-37bhp whilst midrange torque rises by 32-41ft/lb.

Alunox worked closely with several BMW engine tuners with backgrounds in motorsports to develop this performance system - suitable for both road and high-end race applications. The key to its efficiency lies in choosing the optimum;

Finishes

At an additional cost systems can be Aquacleaned, mirror polished or black ceramic coated.


Speedy fitment

This BMW system can be fitted without removal of the engine in around 3 hours depending on the condition of existing exhaust components.
